📦 Shipment Policy

• Same-Day Dispatch: For all in-stock items, orders are mindfully packaged and dispatched on the very same day the order is placed.

• Origin & Delivery Time: All parcels are shipped directly from our hub in Hong Kong. Depending on your destination, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days.

• Our Transit Guarantee: Your peace of mind is our priority. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will fully cover the loss and arrange a brand-new shipment at absolutely no extra cost to you. You bear zero risk.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

• Our Policy: Because our bracelets are handcrafted and carry a unique energetic imprint, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons (such as a change of mind).

• Defective Items: We hold our craftsmanship to the highest standards. However, if your item arrives with an obvious manufacturing defect, please contact us at beneficgem@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

• Our Promise: Once verified, we will promptly ship a complimentary replacement to you.
